Mercedes gave an interview to UGO.com the other day to discuss the release of "Hatchet." She says this about her character "Misty":
"I play Misty, an opportunistic social climbing girl from L.A. She wants to be an actress and gets hooked up with this guy who is a so-called producer and along with another girl they go on a haunted tour to talk about working together."
Nothing says professional producer like a haunted tour. I heard Babyface holds all of his early meetings in a dilapidated old graveyard.
She also discusses what it was like working with Freddy Krueger himself, Robert Englund.

Hatchet is now in theaters! I repeat, Hatchet is now in theaters! What is "Hatchet" you ask? Just our favorite McNab's newest foray into cinema. "Hatchet" is a horror movie and a damned good one at that. Don't believe me? Check the reviews! Even Ebert likes it. Ok, so I made that up but it's very possible Ebert likes it. He only has venom in heart for video games lately. He even liked "Wild Hogs." Go figure.
I saw this movie and I nearly vomited blood that is how scared I was. I had just swallowed some bleach by accident right before I saw it but I'm pretty sure it was the movie that made my insides turn to a bloody mush. Oh wait. Maybe it was bleach. Pardon me while I call poison control.
